Speed and Agility (1/2 Day Camp)
June 29 - July 2 (no camp July 3)
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Age: Rising 4th through 8th graders

The 4-day speed and agility camp is designed for athletes who are seeking improvement in foot speed and explosiveness! In addition, key components such as acceleration/deceleration/lateral speed, efficient sprinting stride and linear speed will be worked on each day. Our goal is to provide quality instruction in the techniques, form and training that are necessary for young athletes to reach their full potential. Games will be incorporated to focus on the daily skill. Athletes will also have the opportunity to work out and cool off in the Marymount pool daily! T-shirt included.
